Our cut off time for orders is Noon during the month of October (2PM for all other times of the year), so any orders placed after that time have the chance of not processing until the next day. Orders placed after our cut-off on Friday, or placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday. We make every effort to have your order shipped in a timely manner but because of the volume of sales, some orders may take 24-48 hours to be processed.

When ordering, it is imperative that you enter your billing and delivery information correctly, including apartment or suite numbers, floor numbers or any other information required for delivery. FedEx now charges for address correction - we will bill you for that additional charge if it is billed to us. If your address is not correct and your package is returned, you will be charged for re-shipping your order to the corrected address. Please make sure you enter your billing address correctly, as it is on file with your bank or credit card company. If your billing address is incorrect, this will cause delays in processing your order. Please be sure to enter an accurate CVS code off the back of the card when you fill out your billing information. It is also important to choose the correct shipping type. If you choose FedEx Home shipping to a business or the other way around then it will delay your shipping as FedEx will have to hand the package off to the proper service. Also express packages are not delivered on Saturdays, nor is ground. Home delivery is delivered on Saturdays but is not on Mondays. Please keep this in mind when choosing your shipping method. Some credit card companies will charge fees for different types of activity on your account. We are not responsible if the issuing bank applies any of these fees in relation to your order with us. That is an issue between the card holder and the issuing bank.
