Returns and Exchanges at ElectriqueBoutique.com just got a whole lot easier!

We offer free return and exchange coverage for starting at a low rate of just $1.98! You will be able to opt in to these coverages from product pages, your shopping cart, and the checkout page. Our return and exchange policy below is still applicable even to orders with these coverages.

   How long do I have to return an item? You have 14 days from the day you receive the shipment to have the item back to us for it to be eligible for a refund or store credit. So please check your order when it arrives to make sure everything is correct and fits just how you want it. Please do not send back items after this time frame as the return will not be processed or accepted.

   What can you return? We only accept items back that are unworn and unused. We will also not take back items that smell of smoke, perfume, or body odor. Please be sure to try on your merchandise in a smoke-free environment. Clothing that has metallic coloring has a tendency to discolor when exposed to lotions, perfumes, oils, or normal washing. Items that have been discolored will not be accepted as a return.

Please be aware that there are items that are not eligible for return. These items are noted on the site, such as 'Final Sale', 'Sale', or 'Closeout' items. If you return an item that does not meet our return criteria, the return will not be processed and refund will not be issued. If this does happen, you are responsible for the reshipment if you would like the item sent back to you. So please read our return policy carefully before attempting to initiate a return.

Hosiery, lingerie, swim wear, eyelashes, wigs, and certain costumes are considered intimate apparel and cannot be returned due to health regulations.

All items must be returned to us in new resalable condition, with all packaging and tags. If a return is shipped and does not meet the aforementioned criteria, we reserve the right to deny a return/exchange and the return will not be processed. Additionally, if this is the case, the customer is responsible for the reshipment cost if a reshipment of the returned order is desired.

   What will be done with my return? Once the item(s) are delivered back to us, we will put them into processing to check the condition of the items and eligibility of the return. Shipping charges on the original order are not eligible for a refund in any case, other than due to the reception of incorrect items in the order. Furthermore, even if return/exchange coverage and/or package protection is purchased with your order, and a return is later utilized, a refund will not be issued for the shipping charges. Additionally, if return/exchange coverage and/or package protection is purchased with your order, and a return is later utilized, you will not receive a refund for the return/exchange coverage and/or package protection. When the return is verified as valid, we will credit the original payment method. We issue refunds in eligible cases in a timely fashion, but please note that banking institutions can take up 7-14 days to process the refund and return your funds.

We now offer exchanges! However, another option to avoid any issues in terms of expectations of ordered item/s, is when you are placing your order and you are up in the air about what size will work best, you can order two different sizes and return the one that doesn't fit the way you want. Please be sure to return the second item to us in a timely manner and to follow our return and exchange guidelines stated above.
